Senior/Lead Cloud IAM/PAM Entwickler (DevSecOps) (m/w/d)

About the Position

In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation and further development of IAM and PAM concepts for the ODC pCloud. Your goal is to efficiently automate modern technologies and seamlessly integrate them into the client's existing DevSecOps processes. This includes both the conception and the continuous securing and optimization of the ODC pCloud IAM and PAM infrastructure. With your work, you will make a decisive contribution to building and strengthening IAM and PAM capabilities in the ODC context. These capabilities will be provided to end-users via the Kubernetes Resource Model (KRM).

Must-Have Skills

• Code Version Control / GIT (3 years)
• Proven DevOps or DevSecOps experience (2 years)
• Linux Know-how (2 years)
• Kubernetes including automation tools like Crossplane or KRO (2 years)
• Planning / Conception of IAM (Identity and Access Management) and/or PAM (Privileged Access Management) 3 years
• Experience in handling or functioning of cloud systems (e.g., Azure, AWS, VM-Ware, Redhat OpenStack…) 1 year
• Native-level German and fluent English skills (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• SAFe and ITIL knowledge
• Experience with Open Source IAM systems (e.g., Keycloak, Zitadel)
• Experience with Cloud-Native PAM integrations (e.g., Teleport)
