Job Description

You will lead engineering for a high-growth startup building agentic requirements software for complex manufacturing like aerospace and semiconductors. After bootstrapping to €500k+ ARR, the team raised from Atlantic Foodlabs and Cohere-affiliated angels. You will own architecture and delivery for their newest project, shipping high-impact Go and React code.

What You Will Do

• Lead technical execution and architecture for the company's newest product vertical, owning the roadmap from concept to deployment.
• Develop and ship robust production code across a Go backend and React/TypeScript frontend to solve complex AI integration challenges.
• Collaborate directly with the C-suite and customer success to translate manufacturing requirements into scalable, agentic software solutions.

The ideal candidate

• At least 7+ years of experience shipping production-grade software across the full stack with a focus on ownership and end-to-end delivery.
• Deep proficiency in a statically-typed language (ideally Go, but Rust, Java, or C# are accepted) and modern frontend frameworks like React.
• Proven leadership experience or the ability to mentor engineers and make critical architectural decisions while remaining hands-on in the codebase.
