Role Overview

We’re primarily looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who’s ready to take full ownership from day one. You’ll be building and maintaining both frontend and backend systems of our AI‑powered platform, working with a cutting‑edge stack (React, Next.js, Node, Prisma, Clickhouse) to deliver a high performance, scalable product. As part of a small, passionate team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the product, contributing to the roadmap, and influencing strategy. Your work will have a direct impact on our success, helping us push the boundaries of AI‑driven website optimization.

What You’ll Do

• Take Ownership from Day 1: Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, including influencing the roadmap and long‑term strategy.
• Full Stack Development: Build and maintain both the frontend (React with Next.js, Tailwind) and backend (Express, Prisma, Postgres) of our AI‑powered web app.
• Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with a small, passionate team to design, develop, and launch new features taking lead on technical and managerial aspects of development.
• Scalability and Security: Follow best practices to ensure that our platform is secure and scalable as we grow.
• Manage Infrastructure: Handle deployments and manage infrastructure using Docker and GCP.
• Code Quality: Follow a strict policy of keeping the code manageable and bug free.

What We’re Looking For (Non‑Negotiable)

• Strong Communication Skills, Essential For Our Remote‑first Team.
• Experience in a startup environment, where flexibility and ownership are key.
• Passion for the product and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with the team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and an eye for design.

Technical Skills

• ~7 years experience (Nodejs, React, Express, Database, Architecture)
• Heavy experience on taking products from zero to one
• Has business understanding
• Either tried founding their own company
• Or has directly reported to the founders/CTO
• Has been a founding engineer and is currently leading tech teams and is also hands on
• Over 60% experience comes from start ups
• Has spent enough time in one place to get a feel of the product and understand it end to end
• Best in class communication skills
• Ability to clearly explain their thought process (this is where good English skills are relevant)

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of other frontend frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes
