Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python, Go, or Java.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and promote best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring system reliability and stability.
• Contribute to the architectural design and technical roadmap of our backend systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in backend software development.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Go, or Java.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
