A leading developer of 3D Doppler tracking radar technology and launch monitors designed to improve golf performance through precise, real-time data analysis, is seeking a SEO & Paid Media Specialist who will be responsible for transitioning audit insights into actionable strategies across organic search and paid advertising to meet core business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Refinement: Execute and evolve the SEO strategy based on existing audits.
- On-Page: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures.
- Off-Page: Develop and manage a robust link-building strategy and backlink profile.
- Technical SEO: Oversee site health, including indexing, sitemap management, and crawlability, in collaboration with the web team.
- Google Ads: Manage Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns for the USA, UK, EU, and South Africa.
- META Ads: Drive conversions via Facebook and Instagram through advanced audience segmentation, creative testing, and campaign structuring.
- Optimization: Continuous performance analysis and A/B testing for all ad creative and copy.
- Stakeholder Management: Report directly to the VP of Marketing (US) for approvals and progress updates.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with in-house design and marketing teams to ensure a unified brand voice and technical best practices.
- Performance Tracking: Present data-driven insights and KPI reports in periodic strategy meetings.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO (Technical, On/Off-page) and Paid Media.
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Communications (Preferred).
- Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, or META Blueprint (Advantageous).
- Tools: Expert proficiency in SEMrush, Moz, Search Console, Surfer SEO, and GA4.
- Analytical: Ability to translate complex data into actionable digital growth.
- Strategic: Proven track record of managing multi-territory digital accounts.
- Proactive: A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Structure
The role operates on a strictly output-based financial model at a per hour rate, with fees calculated and paid monthly based on the submission of accurate timesheets. As an independent contractor, the candidate enjoys significant professional flexibility, including the autonomy to manage their own schedule and the right to maintain concurrent employment or other clients. This arrangement is subject only to the constraint that there is no clash of industries or client focus, ensuring that no conflict of interest exists with direct competitors while consulting for the client.
