About the role

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a results-driven digital marketing specialist to own our search presence end-to-end — from organic rankings to paid performance. You’ll manage SEO strategy and Local Services Ads (LSA) alongside Google Ads and social media PPC campaigns, playing a central role in driving qualified traffic and measurable ROI for our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES — SEO & LSA

  • Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and visibility
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits
  • Manage and optimise Google Local Services Ads (LSA) campaigns, including budget pacing and lead quality oversight
  • Monitor Google Business Profile health, reviews, and local pack performance
  • Produce regular reporting on organic traffic, rankings, and LSA lead metrics
  • Collaborate with content and web teams to implement SEO recommendations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES — GOOGLE ADS & SOCIAL PPC

  • Plan, build, and manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
  • Run paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok as required
  • Own full-funnel campaign strategy: audience targeting, ad creative briefing, bidding, and budget allocation
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise toward agreed KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPL)
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and paid digital advertising
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads accounts with significant monthly ad spend
  • Experience with LSA / Google Guaranteed campaigns is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
  • Google Ads certification (preferred); Meta Blueprint certification a bonus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into decisions
  • Excellent written English for reporting and ad copywriting
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently

Compensation

Pay: R25 000,00 - R45 000,00 per month
