About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, accurate, text-based website content by following highly specific formatting and publishing guidelines. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants real-world experience in technical writing and exposure to basic SEO principles.

Preferred majors: • Computer Science • Digital Marketing • Marketing Communications • Related fields (all majors considered)

Helpful experience: • Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI writing tools • Comfort using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) • Prior experience with WordPress CMS

Responsibilities • Write and format website copy based on detailed guidelines • Apply required technical configurations as part of publishing-ready web content • Meet productivity expectations while maintaining quality and accuracy

Performance Expectations

This role follows a productivity metric to help ensure consistent output.

Minimum KPI expectation: 1 KPI per hour

What is a KPI? A KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is one complete web page of copy, including all required technical configurations, completed within one hour.
