About

Oritain is a global leader in forensically verifying the origin of products and raw materials.

Our mission sits at the intersection of forensic science and supply chain transparency. Through science and technology, we verify the true origin of products and materials—helping build trust, protect consumers, and ensure integrity across global supply chains.

As we continue to expand our work within US government agencies, we’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager – Government Services to help deliver complex programmes that make a real‑world impact.

About The Role

This is a hands‑on, 6‑month fixed‑term contract where you’ll take ownership of delivering services for government clients. Working across sampling, logistics, and project coordination, you’ll ensure programmes are delivered on time, to a high standard, and in line with contractual commitments.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, managing everything from planning through to delivery and relationship management. It’s a role that combines structure, problem‑solving, and real‑world impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end programme delivery, ensuring services are operationally achievable and delivered in line with client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track progress against milestones, and keep stakeholders aligned through clear, consistent communication.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth delivery, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues to keep programmes on track.
  • Oversee sampling activities, including designing programmes, supporting field teams, and occasionally travelling to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Manage sample logistics, ensuring compliance, traceability, and alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Support systems, processes, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and maintain high standards across programmes.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in project management, service delivery, or a similar role.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Organized, solutions‑focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a global team.
  • Collaborative, self‑motivated, and flexible, with the ability to work across time zones and adapt as priorities evolve.
  • Strong communicator who can build relationships, manage expectations, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Good computer literacy; experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Spanish language skills and prior government experience are helpful but not essential.

Package

  • $80,000 – $90,000 base salary (pro‑rated over the 6‑month fixed‑term contract)

We believe great teams are built from different perspectives, experiences, and ways of thinking. We welcome applications from everyone and encourage you to bring your whole self to the process.
