Role Description

This is a contract role for a Service Engineer based in East Hanover, NJ. The role involves conducting annual calibration and PM for 2x Waters Acquity H-Class Bio UPLCs. The Service Engineer will provide on-site technical support, assist in resolving operational issues, and offer solutions to system challenges. Effective communication and timely reporting to clients and internal teams are essential for ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge on Waters Acquity H-Class Bio UPLCs' annual calibration per client's SOPs and perform preventative maintenances
• Extensive knowledge on performing services under GxP environment
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues with technical systems, including Troubleshooting and Technical Support (if needed)
• Knowledge on Empower 3 to data acquisition during the annual calibration testing
• Exceptional Communication skills to provide clear instructions and customer support
• Ability to work independently and adapt to both on-site and remote work environments
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field
• Prior experience in GxP laboratory or regulated environments
