We're Hiring: After-sales (South Africa)
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on After-sales Service Engineer to support our new energy business in South Africa (inverters, UPS, battery systems).
Key Responsibilities: • Provide on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance support • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers • Support distributors and partners with technical training • Handle after-sales service requests and ensure customer satisfaction • Coordinate with HQ technical team for complex issues
Requirements: • Based in South Africa, local or familiar with the market • Background in electrical engineering / power electronics or related field • Experience in solar, inverter, UPS, or battery industry preferred • Basic English communication skills • Strong hands-on ability and problem-solving skills • Willing to travel locally when needed
