Are you someone who prefers working with your hands, enjoys working on large engines, and isn't afraid of a challenge? At NPS Driven, you will work every day with powerful internal combustion engines from brands such as John Deere.

What will you do?

As a Service Engineer, you ensure that engines at our customers in the industrial and marine sectors perform optimally. Today, you mainly work with internal combustion engines (diesel); in the future, you will also deal with new applications and alternative fuels, such as hydrogen. Your tasks include:

• troubleshooting and diagnosing faults
• performing repairs and maintenance
• handling larger projects such as overhauls or complex repairs
• testing and commissioning new applications and installations

You will work in a small, close-knit team with a high level of independence. You will be on the road frequently, mainly within the Netherlands and occasionally abroad, and when required, you will combine this with work in our workshop. You are our technical ambassador and know how to support customers and deliver quality.

Who are we looking for?

Technology energizes you. You enjoy variety, responsibility, and a bit of a challenge. In addition, you bring:

• a completed mbo-level technical education
• basic knowledge of internal combustion engines and/or generators
• affinity with electrical engineering and drive systems is an advantage
• a solution-oriented and stress-resistant mindset
• good command of Dutch, both spoken and written (English and German are a plus)
• a valid category B driver's license
