Role Overview

Kistler Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to strengthen local sales and service activities in Morocco. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality technical support and customer satisfaction across the region.

To do so, the Service Engineer will be responsible for promoting service activities to existing and new customers, including technical consultancy, product and solution testing, commissioning, repair services, diagnostics, and product replacement. He/She will report directly to the Technical Office Manager based in France.

The principal focus of this role will be supporting the growth of Assembly Process Control and Plastics activities within main Industries in Morocco.

Service Related Tasks

• Install, commission, and maintain measurement systems and sensors at customer sites
• Provide technical support, including remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for customers in Morocco
• Perform calibration of pressure and force sensors, as well as electronic devices on customer sites
• Undertake fault diagnosis and minor repair of measuring systems and instruments
• Prepare quotations for commissioning, calibration & repair/service tasks
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities on customer sites
• Create service reports and issue service certificates
• Assist with configuration and provision of loan and exchange devices
• Conduct Trainings on customer sites

Business Development Related Tasks

• Promote maintenance contract to existing and new customers.
• Leverage customer’s know-how by promoting Kistler’s Academy training.
• Monitor service offering trend in Morocco.
• Lead cross-selling activities within existing customers thanks to a deep customer penetration and support of local partners.
• Organise customer prospection visits with the support of Kistler France sales teams and local partners.
• Assist Kistler France Sales Team and local partners in selling Kister’s solutions.
• Prepare visit reports

Qualifications

Essential

• Understanding of industrial process and control systems, measurement principles, technologies and applications
• Technical education as Baccalauréat +3 or equivalent in the fields of injection molding, physical measurement, electronics, electrotechnics, automation or mechanics
• At least 10 years proven experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support within a relevant industry (Automotive or Aerospace)
• Experience in plastic injection molding process
• Experience in assembly monitoring is a plus
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills written and verbal, in mother language, French and English
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
• Team player with a collaborative attitude
• Open to lead business and sales development activities
• Willingness to travel frequently within Morocco (60%) and Internationaly for Internal Trainings ( France, Germany, Switzerland)
• Driving license B

Desirable

• Previous experience in an industrial environment
• Experience in instrument calibration and servo press
