What We're Looking For

• Completed IT-oriented training, e.g., as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration, university degree with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification
• (At least) initial professional experience in the IT environment and high motivation to familiarize yourself with a complex IT landscape
• Ideally, you have experience in IT security, especially ISO 27001 according to BSI Grundschutz
• Experience in building software or system architectures in the areas of: Microsoft Windows, Server 2019, Microsoft SQL Cluster, Ubuntu 20.04, Kubernetes, EMC SAN Storage, Red Hat, Openshift, CI/CD Pipelines
• Enjoy working in a team and strong service orientation
• Empathy and very good communication skills
• Fluent German (C1) and good English skills

Your Responsibilities

• As Service Manager "IT Operations", you act as a link between the IT specialist departments and stakeholders
• You participate in sprint events (review and requirements workshop) and support the derivation and evaluation of requirements, their technical implementation, and temporal classification
• You work closely with the technical specialist teams and convey a sustainable understanding of the requirements.
• Within the scope of the ISO 27001 regulation, you are an important contact person for our IT Security and Information Security teams
• You create corresponding documentation and service quality reports
• You support deployments and commissioning within the scope of project management
