Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Configuration

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management)
• Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and forms
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog items and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Good understanding of ITIL framework
