Project Description

• Conducting the initial order clarification with stakeholders (target state, scope, success criteria).
• Comprehensive analysis of the current state (workflows, permissions, automations) as well as risk and dependency analysis.
• Creation of evaluated migration concepts including effort and risk assessment.
• Technical planning and execution of CSV-supported migrations (data and field mapping, cutover plan).
• Execution of test migrations, validations, and error analyses.
• Preparation of cloud readiness (measures catalog for security, compliance, and interfaces).
• Consulting on migration paths, data storage, and fallback strategies

Skills

• Must-have: Proof of a corresponding university degree or vocational training certificate combined with more than 4 years of professional experience in IT.
• Must-have: Studies or a comparable education in computer science, combined with relevant professional experience – Jira Data Center Administration and operation (Content: Demonstrably deep practical experience in Jira DC: User/group concepts, permission schemes, workflow/custom field management, automations, backup/restore, performance/error analysis) – 4 years of Jira DC administration in at least 2 projects including a brief description of tasks/system must be traceable in the CV.
• Must-have: Jira-to-Jira Migration (Data Center) via CSV (Content: Planning and execution of CSV-based Jira2Jira migrations including field/workflow mapping, validations, attachment/comment/link handling, data quality) – At least 2 completed CSV migrations including a brief task description must be traceable in the CV.
• Must-have: Migration planning including cutover strategy (Content: Evaluated migration concept, dry runs, time/downtime plan, go/no-go criteria, fallback) – At least 3 years of experience in at least 2 projects including a brief procedure description must be traceable in the CV.
• Must-have: Execution or sound evaluation of DC to Cloud migrations (readiness check, app gap analysis, data/permission concepts, security/compliance aspects) – References (at least 1 cloud readiness or DC to Cloud project) including a brief procedure description must be traceable in the CV.

Should-Have Criteria

• Methodological Skills: Experience in agile working methods and the SAFe framework. Lived agile practices in the context of Jira/DC – Demonstrably at least 3 years of experience with agile methods such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban. Representation of the specifically used frameworks/methods (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and roles/tasks must be traceable in the CV.
• Automation and REST API/Scripting (Content: Use of automation rules, ScriptRunner/Groovy or REST API for data preparation) – Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years and proof via references.
• Stakeholder, Change, and Communication Management (Content: Structured stakeholder analysis, communication and training concept: hypercare, support channels, knowledge base, go-live communication) – Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years and proof via references must be traceable in the CV.
• Technical Skills: Experience in application support in general as well as technical and process knowledge in larger IT development organizations – Proof of practical experience in (corporate) IT projects (at least 2 years) in at least 2 projects must be traceable in the CV.
• Very good knowledge of the German language in spoken and written form (native speaker or at least level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
