We are a South Africa-based outsourcing company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Service Plan Writer to support our US home care clients. In this fully remote role, you will work EST hours, creating and managing individualized service plans for seniors applying for home care services.

If you have strong writing skills, thrive in a documentation-heavy environment, and are comfortable working in US time zones - we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Write and update individualized service plans for seniors based on personal and medical intake information.
• Maintain clear, organized documentation across multiple active cases.
• Review all plans for compliance with US regulatory and program guidelines prior to submission.
• Coordinate with an assigned Service Coordinator to ensure accuracy and a smooth workflow.

What we're looking for

• Excellent writing, analytical, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Reliable availability during EST hours, Monday to Friday.
• Experience in healthcare, case management, or service plan writing is a plus.

Salary

R15,000 – R20,000 per month (based on experience)
