About

The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.
Responsibilities
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of Service Project Managers (SPM) and Warranty Managers throughout the entire order processing.
- Ensuring LTSA and project goals in terms of Customer Experience Metric: deadlines, quality, and responsiveness, as well as financial responsibility for all contracts to be processed.
- Ensuring processing of all L1 service cases for the CEE region.
- Leadership and further development of SPMs and Warranty Managers.
- Responsibility for regular and ad-hoc reporting of individual projects and financial service KPIs regarding potential, quality, and adherence to schedule.
- Participation in the preparation of commercial and operational reviews and provision of forecasts for revenue, margin, and cash.
- Ensuring service on-call readiness.
- Providing information on the implementation risks and opportunities of all service projects and deriving necessary countermeasures.
- Responsibility for quickly converting revenues (B&B, Change Orders, Upselling).
- Further development of processes and organization.
- Support of (service) sales in acquiring new orders.
- Organization and execution of OTR processes with the team, involving the respective functions.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or engineering, an MBA is desirable, or equivalent qualifications acquired through professional experience.
- Relevant experience in project management and in leading a project department of an industrial company.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Experience in sales is an advantage.
- Experience in leading multifunctional teams.
- Quality-oriented and cost-conscious working method, good presentation skills, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability for logical and analytical working methods and strong teamwork skills.
- Fluent German and English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage.
