Core Responsibilities
- Project Leadership – Own end‑to‑end delivery of RIS‑I (or similar) initiatives, from planning through execution and close‑out.
- Resource Management – Allocate staff, facilities, and budget; adjust priorities quickly to meet shifting mission needs.
- Team Mentorship – Provide direction, coaching, and performance feedback to project team members.
- Stakeholder Coordination – Serve as the primary liaison between internal groups, external partners, and government customers.
- Issue & Solution Communication – Identify risks, propose mitigations, and keep all parties informed in a timely manner.
- Cross‑Discipline Integration – Ensure seamless collaboration across engineering, security, telecom, and other functional areas to satisfy contract requirements.
Required Experience & Skills

Requirements
- REQUIRED - MUST have a current TS/SCI Polygraph clearance to apply for role
- Only those with a current TS/SCI with Poly clearance will be considered
- Experience working projects in technical IT large scale operations environments, such as, event monitoring and management, security services, IP Telephony, Video Teleconferencing, as well as implementations of new equipment and services
- Must have worked in and have a solid understanding of highly technical environments and equipment, be able to communicate and work with IT professionals doing systems engineering and administration in these environments
- Communicate issues and solutions in a timely manner; allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) on the effort; manage the activities of the project team; provide direction and mentoring to project team members; solid planning capabilities and ability to interface with many different organizations (internal and external)
- Ability to quickly adjust priorities and schedule based on needs
- Ensure cross-discipline integration within the contract to meet Government needs
- The Project Manager shall have a Bachelor's Degree in a Computer, Business or Math related field and five (5) years' experience in two of the following system categories: acquisition, processing, analysis and reporting
- An Associate's Degree and an additional seven (7) years may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree
