Duration: 6 Months We are seeking a dedicated Service Reliability Automation Engineer with a strong background in automation and system reliability. Join our team to enhance operational processes and improve system efficiency using cutting-edge tools and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications • Expertise in Ansible and Python for automation • Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting • Experience with ServiceNow, Dynatrace, and other monitoring tools like AIOps, Datadog, Splunk • Knowledge of Informatica and Control-M • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices • Experience in Power Automate, Power BI tools

Preferred Skills & Qualifications Nice-to-have skills but are not required: • Experience in infrastructure configuration and automation using Terraform • Familiarity with Soar Winds for incident management and monitoring • Background in implementing automated monitoring and alert systems

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Key tasks and expectations for the role: • Design and maintain automation frameworks using Ansible and Python • Automate integrations with tools for incident management and monitoring • Automate batch processes using tools like Informatica and Control-M • Implement and manage automated monitoring and alert systems • Use configuration management tools to ensure consistency across environments
