You choose yourself what time you start as a Service Desk Engineer Junior, 8 o'clock, half past 8 or 9 o'clock? Yesterday you were still gaming and eating pizza together, now it's time for a new workday!

What you'll do

  • You start your day by checking open tickets.
  • Then you call a client back to check if yesterday's issue is really resolved. The warm thank you you receive? That feels good!
  • Around 10 AM, you and your colleagues briefly discuss the schedule. Do you need help or have you discovered something new? This is the moment to learn from each other and stay up-to-date on what's happening.
  • A client reports a problem with incoming emails. You get to work and liaunt with a colleague who has a lot of experience with this. Together you solve it and the client can get back to work carefree.
  • In between, there is room for a pleasant break. In our flat organization, communication lines are short. Whether you talk to a consultant or a direct colleague, everyone is accessible.
  • You receive a phone call about a backup that failed. You analyze the problem, initiate a solution, and ensure everything is running again.
  • While you are working, there is always time for a chat with colleagues or a snack. Who knows, maybe there's a cake to be found in the kitchen!
  • Once a month, you have a meeting with your team leader. Whether you discuss challenges, have learning wishes, or just want to talk about how you are doing – here you get the space to develop yourself.
  • In addition, your specialized colleagues provide internal training to increase your knowledge and acquire new skills. This way, you grow every day as a service desk employee!
  • Every last Friday of the month, we share knowledge during a meeting afternoon. New techniques and insights are discussed to continue growing together.
  • After that, it's time to relax. With some snacks and a drink, you close the week together. A nice balance between working and having fun!
