ServiceNow Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to define and drive the architecture of our ServiceNow platform across enterprise environments. You will lead the design, implementation, and evolution of ITSM modules while ensuring integrations, reporting, and platform governance meet best-in-class standards. This is a strategic role where your expertise will shape the future of ServiceNow within a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the overall ServiceNow architecture to support business objectives.
• Lead the design and deployment of ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB.
• Develop advanced reporting and analytics frameworks using Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure governance, security, and performance best practices are implemented across the platform.
• Design and oversee integrations with third-party systems (e.g., HR, Finance, monitoring tools).
• Create a roadmap for future module adoption (ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Conduct architectural reviews to align with enterprise IT strategy.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and advise on adoption strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect in large enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, ITSM processes, and core modules.
• Expertise in ServiceNow reporting tools including Performance Analytics, Scheduled Reports, and Dashboards.
• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub experience.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow data models, CMDB design, and service mapping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer (preferred), ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (highly desirable).
