About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow IRM / GRC Engineer to support the IRM Controls Management team. In this role, you will focus on backlog management, requirements gathering, and continuous delivery using Agile practices. You will help design, build, and integrate ServiceNow IRM and GRC capabilities within a large enterprise or fintech environment.

This is a hands‑on role requiring strong ServiceNow platform knowledge, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and consistent execution against defined standards and design approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Support the IRM Controls Management team by managing backlog items, gathering requirements, and maintaining Jira workflows using Agile methodologies.
  • Design, build, and support integrations and implementations of ServiceNow modules, including IRM, GRC, BAM, TPRM, CSM, HRSD, Service Catalog, and related capabilities.
  • Contribute to IRM implementations covering policy compliance, risk management, and audit processes.
  • Support ServiceNow controls, requirements, and integrations for catalog and workflow builds.
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow administration settings and service portal components.
  • Design and implement REST integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
  • Participate in solution construction using designated programming languages, ensuring alignment with approved architecture and design standards.
  • Conduct peer reviews of system code and contribute to the establishment of platform standards and leading practices.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional, security, and compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations in a large enterprise or fintech environment.
  • At least 2 years of hands‑on experience supporting ServiceNow IRM implementations, including policy compliance, risk, and audit functionality.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow controls and requirements for integrations and service catalog builds.
  • Experience managing backlogs and delivery using Jira and Agile practices.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration and configuration settings.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow Service Portal configuration and REST integrations.
  • Experience contributing to solution design, development, and implementation while adhering to established standards and design approaches.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow IRM Implementation Specialist
