Position Overview

As a leading provider of ServiceNow solutions, we bring unparalleled skills and experience to federal agency projects. We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to implement ServiceNow solutions for major federal clients. You will collaborate with a dynamic team focused on the implementation and configuration of various modules, particularly within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) suite. Your role will involve thoroughly understanding client requirements and applying industry best practices to design optimal solutions that not only meet but exceed business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business processes, gather requirements, and create user stories.
• Produce comprehensive process flows and necessary system documentation.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of the best solutions.
• Assist in quality management reviews, ensuring all design and business requirements are satisfied.
• Lead or support the development and execution of test plans.
• Contribute to Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing insights into the proposed solution.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in creating standard documentation such as requirement specifications, design specifications, use cases, test plans, and other supporting documents.
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Must possess an active Top Secret clearance and be capable of obtaining SCI and CI polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in ServiceNow Fundamentals.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) designation.
• Training or familiarity with Agile Fundamentals.
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) within ServiceNow.

Security Clearance Requirement

• Must possess an active Top Secret clearance and be capable of obtaining SCI and CI polygraph.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is between $102,100 - $149,300 USD, reflecting our commitment to fair pay based on various factors such as experience and location.
