Insight Global is actively seeking ServiceNow Developers to join our team supporting multiple DoD and Intel Program at Fort Meade. All candidates must meet citizenship requirements to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance.

Role

The selected ServiceNow Developers will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role will support enterprise IT service management (ITSM) and business workflow automation initiatives by translating business requirements into technical solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.

ServiceNow Developers play a critical role in modernizing operations by building applications, workflows, and integrations that streamline IT and business processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Must meet requirements to obtain and maintain Secret or Top Secret Clearance from the DoD
• Security+ Certification or the ability to obtain within 2 weeks of starting
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of development experience; 4 years specifically with ServiceNow
• Ability to build out workflows within ServiceNow
• Python, Java, or out of the box development experience
• Experience working with a project ticketing system like Jira, Git and confluence
• Experience working within an agile environment

Plusses

• DevOps experience and ability to integrate CICD pipeline within ServiceNow
• Experience with the transformation process from a legacy System to ServiceNow

Compensation & Benefits

Candidate pay will vary based on level of expertise, if they are possess a clearance, and overall depth of knowledge with ServiceNow, but we anticipate paying 110K - 150K for this position along with Health, Vision, Dental, and 401K Benefits
