This role is for hands-on ServiceNow developers and architects with real implementation experience. ServiceNow end users, platform administrators with no development work, and general ITSM professionals without ServiceNow-specific hands-on experience should not apply.

About the role

We are placing ServiceNow specialists on active client engagements in financial services and healthcare. Openings span development, architecture, ITOM, CMDB, and IRM depending on your specialization.

What you will do

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules
• Design and implement ITSM workflows, service catalog, and integrations
• Work on ITOM, CMDB, or IRM implementations depending on your specialization
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders on platform strategy
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live operations

What we are looking for

Must have:

• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow — development or architecture
• Specialization in at least one: ServiceNow-Dev, Architect, ITOM, CMDB, or IRM
• Real implementation experience — workflows, integrations, custom applications

Bonus points:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Architect certification
• Large enterprise ITSM deployment experience
• Multi-module expertise
• JavaScript / Glide scripting
• Healthcare or financial services domain

Important

• Remote and Hybrid — US-based candidates only (1–2 days onsite for hybrid roles)
• USC / GC / EAD only — H1B not supported
• Contract: W2 Hourly or C2C/C2H
