Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
  • Manage core ITSM modules
    • Incident Management
    • Problem Management
    • Change Management
  • Perform user administration, roles, groups, and access controls
  • Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and forms
  • Support integration efforts with external systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and incidents
  • Participate in release management and upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with federal security and change management standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Active ServiceNow Certification (CSA required; CAD preferred)
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow Administration/Development experience
  • Strong experience with:
    • ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem)
    • ServiceNow configurations and workflows
  • Experience Working In Federal / Government Environments (preferred)
  • Understanding of security, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
