🚀 We’re Hiring: ServiceNow Enterprise Architect

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Contract: 12 Months (Extendable)
Work Setup: Onsite

🌟 About the Role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture and design of a greenfield ServiceNow Employee Centre implementation—an enterprise‑wide omni‑channel platform.

You will act as the technical design authority, ensuring scalability, governance, and long‑term sustainability across IT, HR, Finance, and Procurement domains.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end ServiceNow enterprise architecture
• Establish governance, standards, and upgrade‑safe configurations
• Lead integration architecture with Oracle Fusion and Saviynt IGA
• Own CMDB, service taxonomy, and environment strategy
• Drive security, compliance, and risk management
• Act as technical authority in vendor‑led implementations
• Ensure long‑term operational sustainability and platform success

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 8–12 years of ServiceNow experience
• Proven greenfield enterprise implementation expertise
• Strong experience with API integrations & IntegrationHub
• Experience with Oracle Fusion / IAM tools (Saviynt, SailPoint)
• Deep understanding of identity lifecycle & governance
• ServiceNow Certified System Architect (preferred)
