We are partnering with a globally recognised digital transformation consultancy that delivers large-scale technology programmes across enterprise clients. With a strong footprint in ServiceNow and IT Service Management, they are expanding their project delivery capability and are looking to engage experienced ServiceNow Programme Manager to support a growing portfolio of international programmes.

The Role

As a ServiceNow Programme Manager, you will play a key role in driving delivery across multiple client engagements, acting as the bridge between technical teams, solution architects, and commercial stakeholders. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced consulting environments and can manage complex, multi-stream projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects
• Define and maintain structured project plans, including Work Breakdown Structures
• Act as the interface between sales, solution teams, and delivery functions
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards
• Lead stakeholder engagement across enterprise clients
• Apply recognised project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, etc.)

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager within ServiceNow / ITSM environments
• Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks (PRINCE2, PMP, PMI, etc.)
• Ability to operate across both functional and technical project landscapes
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder and client-facing experience

Essential Skills

• Fluent in French and English
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a consulting / client-facing environment
