Your Mission

• Development of technical architectures and designs considering functionality and scalability, coupled with collaboration with customers and stakeholders to identify their business and technical requirements.
• Design of integration strategies for seamless interaction of ServiceNow with existing systems, as well as identification of optimization potential to increase efficiency, user-friendliness, and performance.
• Provision of expert knowledge for maximum utilization of the ServiceNow platform, as well as technical support for developers and project teams to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Support of implementation teams during projects to ensure correct implementation of the architecture design, as well as review of implemented solutions for quality and fulfillment of business requirements.
• Conducting reviews and validations for architectures to ensure their robustness and future-proofing, as well as effective communication of technical concepts to various stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal teams to promote effective collaboration, as well as developing solutions that are scalable for future requirements and ensure optimal resource utilization.

Your Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of the various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HR Service Delivery, as well as current ServiceNow certifications.
• Knowledge in software and data architecture as well as integration patterns, including API integration with REST and SOAP, and middleware technologies for designing stable and scalable solutions.
• Ability to model and analyze business processes, as well as understand and document customer requirements to develop targeted solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of the ITIL framework for designing efficient processes, as well as application of best practices to improve service management.
• Ability to present technical concepts clearly and understandably, and to build effective relationships with stakeholders, integrating their needs into the solution architecture.
• Experience in leading projects and teams for the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, as well as commitment to mentoring and continuous learning in the field of ServiceNow and industry trends.
• As a structured team player (w/m/x) with enormous initiative, you have excellent communication skills and fluent German and English.
