Responsibilities

• Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Now Assist, and AI modules
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure platform designs
• Lead solution design workshops and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Drive automation and innovation using AI and workflow capabilities
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams

Requirements

• 8+ years in ITSM/enterprise architecture with deep ServiceNow expertise
• Strong experience in AI/automation solution design and platform scalability
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions
