ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the ServiceNow platform and a strong ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and technical solutions
• Lead implementation across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Define platform strategy, governance, and best practices
• Oversee integrations with third-party systems using APIs, MID Server, and web services
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of the platform
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Review and approve solution designs, code, and configurations
• Drive continuous improvement and platform optimization

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years on the ServiceNow platform
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and/or CSM modules
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs)
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model
• ServiceNow CSA and CIS certifications (preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in government or public sector projects (especially in DC area)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Additional ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CTA preferred)
