About the Role
ProSidian seeks a ServiceNow Developer (HRSD/ITSM) to support program work for a federal science agency’s Human Capital modernization. The position is located in the Mid‑Atlantic region (Hybrid in Alexandria, VA) and is classified under the Senior Systems Developer labor category. The role focuses on developing and configuring ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, App Engine, and Virtual Agent solutions to improve operational efficiency, enable digital transformation, and support data‑driven decision‑making for government and public‑service clients such as the National Science Foundation (NSF).
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, App Engine, and Virtual Agent solutions for workflow automation, dashboarding, and employee experience initiatives.
- Implement custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and automation features.
- Build, configure, test, and maintain solution components supporting ServiceNow development, including integrations.
- Document deployment and support procedures.
- Facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools.
- Optimize service delivery through performance‑based outcomes and SLAs.
- Support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Citizenship: Must be a United States citizen (no visa sponsorship).

- ServiceNow scripting and development expertise (HRSD, ITSM, App Engine, Virtual Agent).
- Technical execution and ability to work independently on complex deliverables.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
