As part of a strategic initiative within a pharmaceutical environment, we are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Application Manager to contribute to the administration, evolution and reliability of a critical IT platform supporting internal services and business operations in a highly regulated context.

Mission Objectives

  • Ensure the administration, configuration and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform in alignment with internal standards and best practices
  • Maintain the operational stability and performance of the platform while ensuring scalability and reliability
  • Manage platform lifecycle activities including upgrades, releases and patching strategies
  • Configure and develop ServiceNow components (workflows, business rules, UI policies, forms) to meet evolving business needs
  • Ensure the integrity and governance of the CMDB, including data quality and consistency across systems
  • Design and maintain integrations with other IT systems (Active Directory, monitoring tools, ERP, etc.)
  • Provide L2/L3 support and resolve complex incidents and problems related to the platform
  • Ensure compliance with GxP requirements and contribute to validation activities (CSV) when required
  • Strengthen automation and standardization to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security and business teams to align platform capabilities with organizational needs

Key Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development in complex environments
  • Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, CMDB)
  • Experience with JavaScript within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Good knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and enterprise IT environments
  • Familiarity with GxP environments and validation constraints is a strong asset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage platform-related incidents
  • Ability to design robust and scalable solutions aligned with best practices

Profile

  • Engineering degree or equivalent background in IT, systems or software engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow or application management roles
  • Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in structured and regulated environments
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
  • Position based in Switzerland
