Key Responsibilities

• System Ownership: Own the strategy, lifecycle, and security of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Project Governance: Develop site structures, content management strategies, and security protocols aligned with enterprise standards.
• Technical Implementation: Configure custom lists, document libraries, Power Automate workflows, and Power Platform integrations.
• Stakeholder Management: Translate business needs into technical requirements, present updates, and drive user adoption.
• Support & Training: Create documentation and training materials, and provide guidance to end users.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate).
• Project Management: Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies, and documentation.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (developers, administrators, security teams).
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or Microsoft certifications preferred.

• Process flows
• Mentoring and knowledge transfer to client project team members
• Contribute as primary/co-author for project deliverables within assigned areas
• Participate in data conversion and maintenance
• Provide best practices and industry-specific solutions
• Recommend alternative (out-of-the-box) solutions
• Provide thought leadership along with hands-on configuration/development
• Collaborate as part of the functional team
• Perform other duties as assigned
