Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site role located in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area for a Sheet Metal Factory Manager. The role involves overseeing daily factory operations, coordinating production planning, ensuring product quality control, and managing manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will lead and supervise production teams, optimize operational efficiency, implement best practices, and drive high standards of safety and quality performance in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation
• Proficiency in Quality Control practices to maintain high standards and improve production output
• Strong Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations expertise to oversee end‑to‑end factory processes
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage teams effectively and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance applicable to manufacturing environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven track record in a managerial or supervisory role within a manufacturing or production setting
