About This Role

As our Shopify E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of Falcon’s standalone e-commerce website and digital marketing initiatives, helping drive online sales growth across the North American market.

This role is responsible for website execution, digital campaign performance, traffic growth, and influencer partnership coordination. You will play a key role in building Falcon’s online presence through strong website management, content planning, acquisition strategy, and marketing execution.

We are looking for someone who combines hands-on execution, data-driven thinking, and strong communication skills, and who can manage both daily website operations and broader marketing projects with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopify website, including product page updates, campaign setup, on-site content maintenance, and promotional configurations
  • Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives across channels, including social media content, influencer partnerships, SEO, email marketing, and traffic acquisition campaigns
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage influencer and creator partnerships across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, driving collaboration projects from outreach to execution
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, sales performance, average order value, and ROAS, and regularly provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
  • Coordinate with design, customer support, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and at a high standard
  • Continuously improve site performance, campaign execution, and overall digital growth efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the North American hunting, shooting sports, or outdoor content ecosystem
  • Familiarity with thermal imaging, night vision, and related optics products
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, DTC brand operations, or standalone website management
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, including product page management, campaign setup, and site updates
  • Practical experience in digital marketing, especially social media content execution and influencer/creator partnerships
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
  • Professional English communication skills suitable for day-to-day business operations
