SI Supply Manager - Product Line Manager
We are seeking a Supply IT Manager – Product Line Manager M/F to define and deploy the IS strategy across Procurement, Logistics, Production, Maintenance and Sales. As a key business partner, you will drive application evolutions, lead the SAP S/4HANA transformation and manage a team of Business Analysts and Product Owners. Reporting to the Head of ERP & Technical Services, you will operate in an international environment (Argentina, Norway, United States), combining functional expertise, project management and leadership to make IT a true driver of operational performance. Based in Paris, with occasional travel to subsidiaries.
Responsibilities:
IT Strategy & Business Relationship
- Understand and translate the strategic directions of the business units (Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Maintenance, Sales) into an IT evolution plan, prioritizing requests based on their value and feasibility.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business unit leaders with the IT department: manage the trust relationship, handle escalations, and measure satisfaction (KPIs, SLAs).
Team Management & Project Leadership
- Manage, develop, and plan the activities of a team of 5 Business Analysts/Product Owners covering the domains of Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Maintenance, and Sales.
- Oversee the project portfolio: schedules, steering committees, risk management, IT governance, and budget monitoring.
- Serve as Project Manager for key initiatives within the scope.
SAP Functional Expertise
- Act as the functional reference and IT architect for SAP modules MM, SD/LE, WM, PP, PM, QM.
- Manage Neptune and SAP application maintenance within your scope; ensure the consistency of the domain's IT systems with the Group's IT systems.
- Lead the drafting of functional specifications and anticipate business evolutions.
Operational Management
- Manage supplier relationships and administrative follow-up (purchase requests, receipts, invoices).
- Oversee the budget and financial commitments within the scope.
- Define and implement change management measures (training, documentation).
About you:
- Master's degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science, or engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a PLM, IT Business Manager, Product Owner, or SAP Project Manager in an industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in SAP MM and SD/LE modules; knowledge of WM, PP, PM, QM modules is appreciated.
- Familiarity with Neptune, Fiori, Panaya tools, and TMS/SRM solutions (Axiscope, IMOS) is appreciated.
- Confirmed experience in team management and leading complex IT projects in a cross-functional mode.
- Strong customer service orientation, rigor, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- This role requires occasional travel to subsidiaries, approximately 3 times a year, for assignments of one to two weeks.
- Professional proficiency in English and French is essential; Spanish is a plus.
