This position is home‑office based, covering the Grenoble area.

Responsibilities

• Support ramp‑up of European customers on Silicon Photonic Manufacturing.
• Work closely with Account Management and Product Development teams to design and propose technical solutions fulfilling customer challenges and requirements for Manufacturing Parametric Test Solution from the Keysight portfolio, with a specific focus on Silicon Photonic.
• Provide a complete technical solution that includes hardware configuration, software solution, consulting, and training services to semiconductor major front‑end fab customers in Europe.
• Serve as the main technical contact for Keysight customers, jointly defining the most appropriate solution aligned with their needs and expectations.
• Deliver consulting services at the delivery stage to enable fast ramp‑up on various technologies and applications targeted by the European semiconductor market (Si, WBG such as SiC and GaN, and SiPho), including specific measurements for memories (NVRAM and MRAM). This may involve test plan creation and technology transfer from R&D to volume manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Service and Support, and Sales teams.
• Share responsibility for introducing and driving adoption of NPI together with account management and product development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a similar technical field.
• 5+ years of experience within the semiconductor or test and measurement market.
• Experience with Silicon Photonic device characterization.
• Solid experience in specific measurements required by front‑end fab on parametric test, including algorithm development, throughput optimization, and factory automation.
• Competence and experience in C, C++, and Python.
• Experience with Keysight manufacturing parametric test platforms such as 4080 and P9002A, including SPECS and SPECS‑FA software (a plus).
• Proficiency in French and English (required).
• Ability to interact in a multicultural environment and present solutions to mixed audiences ranging from management and technical end users to purchasing teams.
