The Opportunity:

We're looking for a results-driven leader to manage all on-site construction operations for commercial and site development projects. You'll be the quarterback on the ground, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, ensuring quality, and keeping projects on track from groundbreaking to final inspection.

Your Impact:

• Direct all daily site activities, serving as the main point of contact for subcontractors and stakeholders
• Lead preconstruction meetings and coordinate with private utilities and municipal officials
• Manage construction schedules with daily updates and proactive coordination of all trades
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and contract specifications
• Coordinate material deliveries, temporary utilities, and construction stakeouts
• Conduct comprehensive daily inspections covering erosion control, safety, and site cleanliness
• Process change orders, monitor testing and inspections, and maintain detailed documentation
• Oversee earthwork operations, equipment usage, and all project closeout activities
• Hold weekly project meetings and provide thorough documentation to project management

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of construction experience with comprehensive knowledge of commercial and site development
• Thorough understanding of building codes, OSHA requirements, and industry standards
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, estimating, and budgeting
• Exceptional scheduling and organizational abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
• High school education minimum; bachelor's degree strongly preferred
