We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team on a challenging and rewarding project. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring all work progresses according to project schedules, drawings, and specifications.

* Supervise and manage the work of contractors, subcontractors, and construction laborers to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet required standards.

* Conduct site inspections regularly to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.

* Implement and enforce health and safety measures on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

* Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams, resolving any on-site issues related to construction methods, materials, or design specifications.

* Monitor project progress, documenting delays or deviations from the schedule, and inform the Project Manager or Construction Manager of any issues that may affect timelines or costs.

* Ensure the efficient management of materials and equipment on-site, coordinating with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely deliveries and minimal delays.

* Assist in controlling project costs by managing site expenses, tracking material usage, and suggesting cost-effective solutions where possible.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, including daily site reports, work logs, safety inspections, and other necessary permits or regulatory documentation.

* Work closely with the Project Manager, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to coordinate tasks and ensure project goals are being met.

* Identify potential issues, risks, or challenges on-site, proposing solutions and implementing corrective actions to avoid project delays or budget overruns.

* Participate in site meetings and provide updates on project progress, highlighting any concerns or additional resource requirements.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

* Professional certification is an advantage

* Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a Site Engineer on construction projects.

* Proven ability to manage and supervise construction teams effectively.

* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proficiency in using construction software and tools.
