Job Summary
We are seeking Site Engineers to support the delivery of large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects (50MW+) across Europe and international markets.
Working closely with Construction Managers and Project Teams, you will play a key role in site coordination, quality assurance, and digital integration, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with design and programme requirements.
Responsibilities
Site Coordination Execution
- Support day-to-day site operations across civil, structural, and MEP works
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are executed in line with drawings and specifications
- Assist in managing site logistics, sequencing, and workface planning
- Ensure accurate setting out, surveying, and technical support on site
Quality Assurance Compliance
- Monitor works to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements
- Conduct inspections, snagging, and verification of completed works
- Ensure all documentation and records are maintained accurately
- Support implementation of quality control procedures
Health Safety
- Promote and support a strong health safety culture on site
- Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and project requirements
- Assist in risk assessments and method statement reviews
- Report and escalate any safety concerns or incidents
Programme Progress Support
- Work with Planning and Construction teams to track progress against programme
- Identify potential delays or coordination issues and escalate accordingly
- Support implementation of short-term planning and lookahead schedules
Digital BIM Integration
- Support the use of digital tools, BIM models, and data platforms on site
- Assist in integrating design models with construction activities (4D where applicable)
- Ensure accurate capture of site data for reporting and analysis
- Contribute to digital workflows and process improvements
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with contractors, supervisors, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress and issues
- Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders
Our Ideal Candidate
You are a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with experience in complex construction environments. You enjoy being on site, working closely with teams, and ensuring high standards of delivery.
You have an interest in digital construction methods and want to be part of a company pushing innovation in the industry.
Experience Required
- 3–8 years’ experience in a Site Engineer role
- Experience on Data Centre / Mission Critical / MEP-intensive projects preferred
- Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing
- Experience working with contractors and subcontractors on site
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
