Site Foreman (Retail Construction/Fit-Outs)

About

An active construction environment is looking for a Site Foreman to take control of retail revamp and fit-out projects. This role is ideal for a practical, hands-on leader who can read drawings, manage teams and keep projects on track under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage site teams (±10 staff) and subcontractors
• Read and interpret construction drawings
• Oversee daily site operations and project delivery
• Monitor costs, materials and timelines
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and programme
• Liaise with clients and project stakeholders

Requirements

• 5–6 years’ site foreman experience
• Strong background in construction/retail fit-outs/revamps
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Experience managing site costs and project budgets
• Proven ability to work under pressure and solve problems

Package & Remuneration

180,000 - 336,000
