About the role

About

Are you passionate about creating immersive shopping experiences that inspire millions of customers? Amazon Fashion and Fitness is looking for a driven and innovative Site Marketing Manager to build high‑impact onsite campaigns that help customers discover their next favorite finds across Fashion and Fitness selection.

This role requires a high bias for action—you'll need to independently identify merchandising opportunities, execute manual optimizations, and iterate rapidly based on performance signals to drive business outcomes. You’ll be at the forefront of how we connect with customers, blending storytelling and insights to boost engagement, sales, and long‑term loyalty.

We're seeking someone who is customer‑obsessed, highly organized, and thrives in a fast‑moving environment. You’ll collaborate across marketing, creative, and tech teams to shape the future of fashion discovery on one of the world’s most dynamic retail platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own campaigns from end‑to‑end: managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to provide thorough and authoritative category creative content.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize.
  • Own weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on the state of initiatives.
  • Manage and report out on projects, status, and work with teams to remove any project blockers.
  • Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to leverage data to drive decision making.
  • Familiarity and comfort with GenAI applications for content and copy.
  • Refined eye for trend in Fashion and/or Fitness industries.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results.
  • Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.
