About the Role

As a Site Projects and Operations Manager within the Site Management department, you will join the team responsible for managing and optimizing cross-functional projects at La Maison Sanofi. Ready to lead strategic projects and ensure operational excellence at the site?

Reporting to the Site Director, your main mission is to manage, monitor, and optimize cross-functional projects, ensuring adherence to objectives, deadlines, and budgets. You will also contribute to the site's daily operational performance in coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION

Monitoring and Steering:

• Support project leaders, ensuring adherence to the initial specifications.
• Monitor project progress in collaboration with Real Estate, ensuring deadlines, costs, and resources are met.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in projects.
• Analyze risks and implement action plans for their mitigation.
• Ensure project compliance with the company's project management methodology.

Tools and Methodologies:

• Develop, maintain, and update project management tools (schedule, dashboard, performance indicators).
• Implement a centralized tracking system for all site projects.
• Provide training and support to teams on project management tools and methodologies.

Reporting and Communication:

• Write regular reports on project status (weekly, monthly, etc.).
• Prepare and lead steering committees, project reviews, and progress meetings with Site Management, in collaboration with Real Estate.
• Formulate recommendations to ensure project success.

OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

• Conduct site rounds to ensure maintenance of the quality standards expected at La Maison Sanofi.
• Support teams in monitoring their department's budget and propose quarterly reporting to Site Management.
• Ensure communication and coordination around key events related to site operations and/or projects.
• Contribute to the internal communication plan in collaboration with the Hospitality Manager, the France Community Manager, and Corporate Affairs.
• Share best practices from the site across France.
• Ensure monthly monitoring of site headcount in collaboration with Soft Services and Real Estate.
• Write and distribute minutes of important meetings, ensuring traceability of decisions and follow-up of actions.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

• Identify areas for improvement in project management processes and propose optimization solutions.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new methodologies and best practices in project management.

About You

Education:

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in project management, management, engineering, or a similar field.

Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally internationally.
• Experience in project portfolio management and risk management.

Skills:

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, Prince2, etc.).
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and project management software (Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Change management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage service providers and budgets.
• Ability to work in a networked and cross-functional manner.
