SRE / DevOps – W2

Overview

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with full-stack development experience to support enterprise applications used by internal associates.

This role is primarily SRE/DevOps-focused with a smaller portion of hands-on backend-heavy development work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain internal applications, including the “One Place” enterprise website
• Manage production systems, monitoring, and reliability (SRE/DevOps focus)
• Address bug fixes, enhancements, and compliance-driven updates
• Build and enhance features such as search functionality and custom UI components
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver application improvements

Technical Requirements

Strong experience with:

• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Node.js (backend-heavy)
• React (UI)

Experience with SRE/DevOps practices and tools

Familiarity with:

• AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS)
• Monitoring tools (New Relic, Splunk)
• Testing frameworks (Jest) and APIs (Fastify)

Responsibilities

• Support internal company site: “One Place”
• Maintain several enterprise applications used by associates
• These are currently in maintenance mode
• Ongoing updates and bug fixes as needed
• Stakeholders: Internal associates
• Handle compliance-related updates
• Manage intake requests from users, including:
  • Enhancing search functionality
  • Building custom widgets
• Mix of SRE and development work
• Requires full-stack experience in addition to traditional SRE
