Your role and main missions
The role of Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Security is central to ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of production environments. Working directly with business, security, resilience, and performance requirements, you will build and operate a highly available, scalable, automated infrastructure compliant with banking sector requirements.
Responsibilities
- Guarantee the reliability, performance, and scalability of systems, in line with SLO/SLA
- Automate deployment, supervision, and infra/app management via IaC
- Manage incidents: analyze root causes, implement corrective actions, anticipate and prevent incidents
- Define, develop, and implement security rules and solutions (IAM, ACL Management, Firewall, VPN, IPSEC, etc.)
- Formalize architectures, procedures, and contribute to Operational Readiness Reviews
- Collaborate with dev, prod, security, and architecture teams
- Develop observability dashboards (performance, security, availability)
- Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, DORA, ISO 27001, IBM FS Cloud standards
Your profile
Education:
- Engineering degree or Master's in Computer Science.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in systems, reliability engineering (SRE), or DevOps
Languages:
- Fluent French (C2), Fluent English (C2)
Key skills required:
- Languages: Terraform, Python, Bash, Helm, Ansible
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift
- Security: cybersecurity best practices, mastery of OWASP-type standards and SAST/DAST testing, ACL management
- Cloud: cloud experience, ideally IBM Cloud (VPC, OpenShift, IAM, HPCS, Monitoring, Logs, Secret Manager.)
- Communication: clarity in writing and speaking, collaborative work
- Complex problems: analytical and resolution skills on distributed environments
