Your Responsibilities

• You develop and operate the internal monitoring and observability platform of STACKIT databases based on Grafana, Prometheus, and related technologies
• You ensure that we further develop our platform in the right places. To do this, you work closely with our platform and development teams to develop and implement monitoring standards
• You analyze system metrics, logs, and traces for error diagnosis and performance optimization
• You actively contribute to the further development of our SRE practices and help to continuously improve our platform

Your Profile

• You have experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar solutions
• You have experience in automation – e.g. with Python, Go, Ansible, or Terraform
• You are proficient with Git and have experience with automated deployment via CI/CD pipelines
• You have sound knowledge of Linux system administration and are comfortable in the shell
• You have experience in operating complex systems and enjoy taking responsibility for them
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both within the team and with other departments
