About the Role

Shape the future of biotechnology as a skilled Recruiter focusing on life science talent. Utilize your recruitment expertise to ensure an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers while sourcing top‑tier talent. This fixed‑term, 12‑month contract position requires a deep understanding of full‑cycle recruitment processes, from screening to onboarding. You will build and maintain strong partnerships with HR and key stakeholders across the organization. Analyzing recruitment data and KPIs will allow you to optimize strategies and drive recruitment success.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience
• Biotech experience is a plus
• Science‑related degree with lab experience advantageous
• Ability to make data‑driven recruitment decisions
