What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and place skilled trades professionals in high-demand roles
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified tradespeople
• Stay current with industry trends and labor market conditions

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience recruiting in the skilled trades and Light industrial sector
• Proven track record of high-volume placements
• Strong understanding of trade certifications, licenses, and compliance
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Tech-savvy with experience in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards
