What You’ll Do

• Proactively track and drive major milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely progress, alignment, and coordination across a complex, cross-functional portfolio of workstreams
• Support team with program governance, including preparing for leadership forums (e.g., ELT advisory panel), quarterly reporting to the ELT, and decision tracking
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs across workstreams, ensuring issues are surfaced and addressed early
• Support stakeholder alignment and change management, including leadership engagement, communications, and adoption of new ways of working
• Establish reporting, dashboards, and insights to enable data-driven decisions and provide visibility into progress and impact
• Manage and develop project artifacts, including working decks, meeting materials, and synthesis outputs (e.g., notes, summaries, action trackers)

What You’ll Bring

• Senior project manager with enterprise transformation experience
• Strong PMO + change management + stakeholder management skillset
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with evolving strategy → execution
• Prior Slalom experience, highly preferred

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The targeted hourly pay range is $80-90hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
